Dan joined Journey of Faith in 2005 as the Finance Director and has since assumed the position of Church Business Administrator.

Before joining Journey of Faith, Dan spent over 20 years in the financial services industry as Vice President of Technology with Western Mutual Insurance Company, AVP of Technology at Western Federal Credit Union, Vice President and comptroller for Cal Fed Insurance Agency, and Banking Officer with First Interstate Bank. He has supported and led projects focused on strategy development and operations improvement efforts at each of the mentioned companies through the leveraging of existing and/or developed technologies.
 
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate from Cal Poly Pomona and is currently obtaining an Executive MBA from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. Dan has been certified by Microsoft and SANS, and has attended numerous seminars and conferences such as Gartner’s CIO Boot Camp in New York.

Dan has been blessed with a wonderful wife, Sandy, of 27 years, and two children, Juli and Jake. They live in Manhattan Beach. He enjoys golf, diving, sports, and time with friends.
