NEW YORK CITY | July 9–14

On this one-week trip to New York City, learn how to be strategic and relevant when working with the unchurched. This trip will include sharing your faith with international students of the Muslim faith in Queens, with the intention that they’ll bring the faith to their cultural communities. This Seed Week is hosted by International Project.

GUATEMALA | July 13–24

Partner with Missions Door in Guatemala to construct a church building and teach vacation Bible school to children in an impoverished community.

HAITI | May 28–June 4

Journey continues to partner with Healing Haiti to deliver fresh water to multiple neighborhoods, including one of the poorest slums in the world. Experience sharing the love of Jesus with orphans and the elderly in the area.

MEXICALI | February 15–18; April 5–8 (Family-friendly); October 25–28

The Mexicali weekend trips are a Journey favorite and great for those going on a short-term mission trip for the first time. We will continue helping with ongoing construction projects as well as with vacation Bible school that include teachings and games for the children in the community.

PHILIPPINES | 11 days in early July (TBD)

Join homegrown missionary couple Bryan and Jacinda Martin in the Philippines by assisting their coral reef restoration project to help the local community of fishers. Participants must be scuba certified and bring all their own gear except tanks (rentals are not available locally). The team will also install solar panels and build relationships within the local community that open doors for church building.

In light of the many natural disasters affecting our brothers and sisters around the world, Journey of Faith has decided to form crisis response teams to help us mobilize and respond when disaster strikes. Teams will be assembled for specific projects in areas affected both in the U.S. and around the world.
