Your child’s safety is important to us. We use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up and a text contact system for parents/guardians in case we need to reach you during the service. All Journey Kids volunteers and staff have passed a background screening.

Special Needs

Kids with unique needs in Kindergarten – 5th grade can be paired with a volunteer who will help care for them during the gathering for their age group.

Gifted and caring volunteers bring the message of Jesus to life for kids! Adults and students are placed based on gifting and availability. If you are interested, sign up to get started.

MOPS exists to connect and support moms.

We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together, face-to-face. That’s why we rally women to come together every other Thursday to help each other through this thing called motherhood, one gathering at a time.

Awana is an international non-profit program designed for kids to learn about Jesus through fun games and experiences centered on lessons from the Bible. The acronym stands for “Approved workmen are not ashamed” taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.

Kids age 4 years-old – 5th grade are grouped into age-appropriate clubs. Awana meets at the Manhattan Beach campus Wednesday evenings from 6:45-8:30pm, September through May. Registration is open throughout the year for new members.

Awana is not currently meeting due to COVID-19. Stay tuned for more information about how you can invest in your child spiritually at home.
